Why PRO-PARK is different
All current security systems have advantages, but also unavoidable drawbacks. They make the Ever Technologie system the only one to provide such a high level of security while minimising constraints for users.
In the field of security, there are three main types of solutions to protect people and property.
Intrusion detection
These are alarm systems. They secure an enclosed space by detecting intruders with human-presence sensors. Their operation is binary: switched on, they detect everyone present without distinction and raise the alarm; switched off, they still detect but no longer protect. They are therefore totally unsuited to places with a flow of people to manage.
Access control
Security focuses only on the accesses: car park doors, airlocks, building entrance doors. The premises remain accessible to anyone holding the unlocking means. If an intruder gets in, by following a vehicle or an authorised person, the system no longer sees them.
CCTV
Cameras monitor a defined area; images are viewed or recorded. Human surveillance remains indispensable, the equipment is vulnerable to vandalism and cannot identify masked individuals. CCTV is not preventive.
